The Official Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Tour hospitality desk will be staffed in the Le Meridien Lobby. Please pick up your welcome packet including your name badge, souvenir, and gift card.
4:00 pmHOTEL CHECK-IN
Le Méridien New York, Central Park hotel check in time.
5:30 pm – 7:30 pmWELCOME EVENT
The Official Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Welcome Event featuring hors d’oeuvres, and drinks will be held at Life Central Park Rooftop (Le Meridien).
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 23
8:15 am – 12:00 pmMACY’S THANKSGIVING DAY PARADE
Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade viewing at JW Marriott Essex House New York 160 Central Park S, New York, NY 10019.*Please meet in the lobby at 8:15 a.m. if you would like to walk as a group to the Viewing Event. Guests MUST enter the JW Marriott Essex House on 58th St.
9:00 amSTART OF PARADE
Parade Begins at the corner of 77th Street and Central Park West.
Depart at your leisure once Parade ends.

FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 24

Breakfast will be held at Life Central Park Rooftop (Le Meridien). Use provided breakfast voucher. Enjoy your chosen Broadway Show, the sights of NYC (with provided NYC metro card) and meal (with provided gift card).
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 25

11:00 amHOTEL CHECK-OUT
Be prepared to check out before 11:00 a.m. and settle all incidental charges directly with the hotel front desk. Travel safe home!
